Less is more, especially when one is looking to achieve a sophisticated and timeless event design that will stand the test of time. Alison and Ben’s elegant destination wedding at Hilton Los Cabos Resort was the epitome of a minimalistic, modern, and magical wedding design. When couples team up with Bliss Events to help them bring their wedding visions to life we know everyone involved is in for a treat! From the design to the flawless execution, the team at Bliss Events delivers top-notch celebrations and it’s always a pleasure to be a part of weddings planned by this local powerhouse. For Alison and Ben’s destination wedding at Hilton Los Cabos Resort, we worked closely with the Bliss Events team to turn the couple’s wedding dreams into reality.
The lovely couple’s ceremony was held on the beach overlooking the stunning Sea of Cortez. With such a magnificent backdrop there’s no need for an elaborate ceremony setup. In this case, the team decided on a “less is more” approach. With planner Bonnie Chase at the helm, the couple opted to keep the ceremony design elegant and timeless incorporating only a few elements that emphasized the beauty of the surroundings.
Guests were seated on white wooden chairs facing the altar space and the circular ceremony structure which was adorned with an assortment of all-white blooms and lush greenery. Our team at Flowers and Events Los Cabos provided the florals for the structure as well as the bridal bouquet featuring crisp, ivory roses that perfectly complemented Alison’s simple yet elegant bridal look.
For the alfresco reception at the resort, the “less is more” approach was carried over from the ceremony and the vendor team worked with a rustic yet chic black-and-white theme for a cohesive aesthetic. Cabo Rental Decor provided dark, wooden chairs and matching, black placemats that popped against the all-white tablescapes. We provided the low centerpieces and the gorgeous floral arrangement for the sweetheart table which featured cascading, all-white blooms and lush greenery.
