A floral-filled dream ceremony with the glistening ocean for a backdrop and an exquisite alfresco reception which ended with a bang - literally. Carlos and Christie’s ethereal oceanfront wedding at Hacienda Encantada Resort certainly featured details comparable to a real-life fairytale. Flowers and Events was thrilled to be a part of this spectacular celebration!
Christie and Carlos tied the knot surrounded by their closest family and friends. The gorgeous couple were all smiles as they said their I Dos on a beautiful, sunny day in Los Cabos. Mariana Guillen, Hacienda Encantada’s inhouse wedding planner, coordinated the gorgeous ceremony at the resort which was filled with exquisite blooms and beautiful decor.
The ceremony setup took everyone’s breath away. The top of the large ceremony structure was adorned with an abundance of cascading, all-white orchids provided by Flowers and Events and the pillars of the structure were draped in delicate white chiffon and accented with oversized floral arrangements on each side of the bride and groom. Guests watched in awe as the couple said their vows to each other accompanied by the most spectacular ocean view that served as the perfect backdrop for this romantic occasion.
Christie looked stunning in a lace bridal gown and beachy waves on her wedding day. Her beautiful bridal bouquet featured a stylish and unique mix of royal blue and white blooms paired with pops of gold. The same color scheme was incorporated into the floral arrangements throughout the ceremony as well as the reception space and could be found as design accents at the sweetheart table as well as the stunning wedding cake.
When the day turned into night Christie and Carlos surprised their guests with a spectacular fireworks display that brought everyone on their feet and onto the dance floor!
